peak torque, and where the turbos start to spool aggressively. That is a safe but power making ratio for 91 piss gas. You can lean it out if you take it to the strip (and up the boost and want a more aggresive tune, but don't need to) but you should retune it for whatever higher octane fuel you plan on using, as they vary significantly in burn rates, some are oxygenated and some aren't, and others are heavy, while others are light which also affects burn rate. Take a look at some of Greg D.s tuning dynos with the A/F ratio included and follow that formula. I'm not aware of any car he has ever tuned that has broken because of the tune (They've broken because some people changed the tune or didn't follow the recommened octane).
